It happens only in India

I was thrilled to read that India is one of the five countries that now has technology to launch nuclear capable missiles from underwater. Hurray, I said to myself!

And then I burst out laughing. Apparently, we don't yet have a submarine that can go down and launch the missile for us. Reminds me of the cool new Bengalooru International Airport, without any roads to connect it to the city !
