Look at the red sauce on the plate. I was just playing on that, in the title, sort of a joke.

I don't know if you have eaten Gobi Manchurian. It is an Indianised Chinese (?) dish. Can be described as a gravy of Cabbage..
This particular rendering of the dish was not to be found in the Great Americas. I was really looking forward to eating this in my friendly neighborhood joint in Bangalore. :)
As for the Hindi(Did you get it, after your trip to Delhi/Bombay ?), was just playing with a software that writes in a few Indian languages.
